It is a bright sunny day so I was eager to see what was going on at nest central.

Seconds after I got my camera set up, Ilsa took to the sky in very windy conditions.

I captured a sequence as she was soaring…this was the last shot.

If not the best photo I've taken of the eagles, this was no doubt the luckiest 'framed' by the foreground trees

And yes, this photograph will be framed!
